1. Accepted forms of payment are cash, approved check, and credit/debit cards with a 3% transaction fee applied to purchase.
2. No prices given prior to sale.
3. No pre-sales.
4. Numbers will be handed out 30 minutes prior to start time to determine your order of entrance.
5. Items must be removed in a timely fashion.
6. Please bring help for loading of large items.
7. Not responsible for accidents.
8. Everything is being sold as is where is with no implied or expressed warranties or guarantees.
9. All purchased items must be removed from premises by Saturday at 3:00 p.m.
10. Please be respectful to neighbors when parking and do not block drives or park in yards.
11. A 7% sales tax will apply to all purchases unless you present a sales tax exemption form.

                                                            Pop Up Estate Sale in Lexington, N.C.!
We will be conducting a pop up estate sale in Lexington, N.C. on Saturday May 29th, 2021 (09:00am-03:00pm) . House must be cleared out quickly for real estate purposes. This sale will be different from our normal sales with most items unpriced with exception of better items and as time allows. This is your opportunity for some picking and great bargains. Sale will feature Harley Davidson 2002 XL 1200S Sportster 1200 Sport motorcycle ( 4100 Miles) , 1997 Sea Ray Bow Rider Series 175 Boat, Paul Kingma Brutalist slate coffee table purchased in the 1980's from German manufacturers showroom in High Point, N.C., Dan Marino autographed football helmet, Dan Marino autographed football, Dan Marino autographed photo, racing collectibles, furniture, household, candle and gift basket making supplies, record albums, 45 records, lots of clothes and shoes, push mowers, some yard items, electronics and more.
