* We gladly accept cash and checks (w/ proper ID). We also accept debit/credit cards/Apple Pay (w/ 3% fee).
* Numbers will be passed out 60 minutes prior to start of sale to determine entry order.
* Each person will need a number for entry to the sale (No Exceptions).
* Please note, we do not use sign-up sheets. DO NOT create one, it will removed and discarded.
* NO previews, pre-sales or prices given out prior to sale. Pre-sales (if any) to be specified by family. Instructions will be posted.
* All items are sold “AS IS” with no implied or expressed warranties. Please look over your purchases. No refunds.
* Please bring your own help and tools for the loading of large items.
* Please come prepared to wrap and pack your own purchases. Occasionally we provide wrapping paper and boxes, but this is not always the case.
* All purchased items (including any furniture & appliances) must be removed prior to close of business on the last day of sale.
* We reserve the right to refuse to serve or allow entrance to anyone.
* Please be respectful of the property, its contents and especially other customers. Rude behavior of any kind WILL NOT be tolerated.
* For your safety and the safety of others, we reserve the right to limit the number of customers entering the sale.
* Not responsible for accidents.
* NO public restrooms available.
* NC CCL or NC Gun Permit & NC Drivers License is required for Gun Purchases
