1. Accepted forms of payment are cash, approved check, and credit/debit cards with a 3% transaction fee applied to purchase.
2. No prices given prior to sale.
3. No pre-sales.
4. A sign-up sheet will be placed outside front door one hour prior to start time to determine your order of entrance.
5. Items must be removed in a timely fashion.
6. Please bring help for loading of large items.
7. Not responsible for accidents.
8. Everything is being sold as is where is with no implied or expressed warranties or guarantees.
9. All purchased items must be removed from premises by Saturday at 2:00 p.m.
10. Please be respectful to neighbors when parking and do not block drives or park in yards.
11. A 7% sales tax will apply to all purchases unless you present a sales tax exemption form.

50% off of remaining contents. There is no way for us to mark all the Barbies, Hallmark and Beanie Babys that have been sold. There is still plenty left. Estate tag sale in Lexington N.C. to be conducted on Friday September 19th from 10:00am-3:00pm and Saturday September 20th from 9:00am-2:00pm. Sale address is 2475 Rowe Rd. Lexington, N.C. 27295. A sign-up sheet will be posted one hour prior to sale start time on each day. Sale will feature Kubota tractor and implements (to be sold as one lot), costume jewelry, watches, some sterling jewelry, pocketknives, antiques, collectibles, furniture, tools, lots of barbie dolls, lots of beanie babies, racing collectibles, numerous hens on nests, numerous Hallmark ornaments, glassware, depression glass/Uranium glass, China, kitchenware, household, Christmas, Easter, costume jewelry rings, sterling rings and more.
