There will be a limit of the number of people allowed in at a time(about 10). Face coverings are your choice and recommended if you have a compromised immune system. Entry numbers given out an hour before opening. All sales are final, cash, personal check with 2 IDs (preferred), credit cards (3% fee). You will need to arrange your own extra muscle for large pieces and I would advise getting professional help for large pieces, All purchased items MUST be removed no later than the 17th before 5pm (no exceptions unless different arrangements are made) , any damage in removing a large piece is the responsibility of the buyer, we are not responsible for accidents. There are lots of fragile items in this sale, if you break something it will be your new broken something. IF YOU ARE NOT FEELING WELL OR HAVE BEEN AROUND SOMEONE SICK, PLEASE DO NOT PLAN ON ATTENDING. **Large handbags and backpacks are not allowed. Shopping bags will be provided.
