THIS IS A TWO DAY SALE!! ITEMS WILL GO FAST SO COME EARLY!!! Please come to the sale and have a great time! To have a safe, enjoyable experience, below are the guidelines*
*By entering the property, you express acceptance of the following terms:

1. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for accidents/injuries or for loss/theft of personal belongings.
2. Please be respectful to neighbors when parking and do not block drives or park on grass.
3. Children must be supervised at all times.
4. No strollers please.
5. Access to the property is strictly limited to sale days, during hours directly associated with the sale. Any entry onto the property otherwise by unauthorized persons is Trespassing and prosecutable by law.
6. No smoking, vaping, food, drink or pets permitted anywhere on property.
7. No restrooms on site.
8. Accepted forms of payment are cash and local checks up to $300 with proper photo ID + valid phone number.
9. Be sure to examine items closely and carefully before you pay for them. All items are SOLD AS IS - NO REFUNDS with no implied or expressed warranties or guarantees.
10. We do not guarantee electronic items are in working order. Please ask if you would like to try the item before you buy it.
11. Please bring your own boxes, bags and packing materials as we have a limited supply.
12. Doors will open at the published time, not before. A sign-in sheets will be placed outside the entrance one hour before opening. Numbers will be handed out approximately 15 minutes prior to start time (if necessary) to determine your order of entrance and only a certain number of people will be allowed in at one time. We reserve the right to restrict the number of shoppers in a venue at any given time.
13. Prices are NOT negotiable the first day of a sale, but discounts will occur after the first day on most* items.
All items available for sale will be clearly marked; please only remove tags from large items that you intend to purchase and immediately present the tag or item to an employee for sale confirmation.
14. Buyers are responsible for removing all items purchased by the last day of the sale, unless a prior arrangement has been made.
15. Please bring your own help and tools to load and disassemble (when necessary) large items.
16. We will not give out prices over the phone or by email before the sale unless items are slated for possible pre-sale.
17. We promise to price items reasonably and fairly. Families deserve a good return on their belongings and we believe fairness is extremely important to the families and customers. Please do not ask for or expect additional deep discounts off the prices we spend our time tagging onto items

**Note** Clients can and sometimes do remove items from the sale. We will do our best to update photos and post items that have been removed.
