By attending or purchasing from this estate sale, you agree to the following terms:

All sales are final. Please inspect items carefully before purchasing. All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties, guarantees, refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Enter at your own risk. Bullis Estate Sales and the property owner are not responsible for accidents, injuries, falls, or damage to personal property while attending the sale. Please use caution throughout the property.
Please respect the home. Be courteous to the property, our staff, other shoppers, neighbors, driveways, lawns, and mailboxes.
Children must remain with an adult and be supervised at all times.
Do not remove price tags or sold stickers. An item is not considered sold until payment has been completed or the item has been specifically marked SOLD by Bullis Estate Sales staff.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to remove any item from the sale at any time.
Payment: We accept cash, Venmo, Apple Pay, and tap-to-pay cards. Applicable sales tax will be collected as required by North Carolina law unless a valid exemption applies.
Bring help for large items. Loading assistance is limited. Buyers are responsible for providing adequate help, tools, vehicles, and packing materials needed to safely remove their purchases.
Large-item pickup: Purchased items must be removed by the end of the sale on Sunday. Unless other arrangements have been approved by Bullis Estate Sales.
Purchased items left behind are at the buyer's risk. Bullis Estate Sales and the property owner are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage after purchase.
Please do not block driveways, mailboxes, neighboring properties, or roadways when parking.
Bullis Estate Sales reserves the right to limit entry when necessary for safety, refuse service, or ask anyone engaging in unsafe, disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior to leave the property.
Sale descriptions and photographs are provided as accurately as possible. Measurements, ages, makers, materials, and other item information may be approximate. Buyers are responsible for personally verifying condition and details before purchasing.
