The Stones were accomplished equestrians, business owners of Signs and Stained Glass, and active in Union County government and the American Legion. In their travel they collected many unique items.
Mrs. Stone is an accomplished musician, and has an extensive library of books and sheet music.
Mr. Stone passed last year, and Mrs. Stone is downsizing to a smaller home. The property will be put on the market after the Estate sale.
The driveway is one lane, please take care when coming in. Those leaving may have to reverse to allow incoming traffic. Parking will be in a pasture. Please no children.
Day 1 (August 3) will be the workshop ONLY. This will be for the shop inventory from their sign and stained glass business. Garden and farm tools, work tables, benches and tool chests, bookcases. Please bring help for taking larger items. We cannot help.
Day 2 (August 4) will be for the house items ONLY.
Day 3 (August 5) will be for house and anything left in workshop.
Day 4 (August 6) house and workshop will be clearance for any items left over.
Please wear comfortable shoes, bring boxes and packing material, we have limited available. No children. You break it you buy it. We are not responsible for accidents. No early sales

Lots of nails, screws, nuts and bolts, electrical items, plumbing items, paints, garden and farm tools, fencing odds and ends. Bring your work gloves! It is a pickers paradise!! Deals to be made!
