Downsizing

Estate Sale:

The Stones were accomplished equestrians,  business owners of Signs and Stained Glass, and very active in Union County government, 4-H, Girl and Boy Scouts, and the American Legion.   In their travels they collected many unique items from around the world.  Mrs. Stone is an accomplished musician, and teacher.  She has an extensive library of books and sheet music, some instruments, music stands

Mr. Stone passed last year, and Mrs. Stone is downsizing to a smaller home.  There are many treasures in this home, household items, small appliances, pots and pans, utensils, Bedroom furniture,Dining room furniture, sofas, book cases,  sewing and crafts items, sewing machine,  Stained glass windows and items,  Antiques furniture, vintage clothing, Marine military items, Pfaltzgraff dish set, Currier and Ives stoneware, Saddles and equestrian gear,  canning items and canning jars, vintage and new small appliances, crystal from Germany, and other vintage glass/bar ware, Blue Ball jars, vintage cook books, dog crates,  Foosball table, leather sewing machine, Glass top range, Samsung French door refrigerator. Original artwork, lithographs, and prints, vintage mirrors, milk glass sets, Taxidermy game trophies, books, electronics, Christmas decorations, vintage linens so much more.  

In the workshop, we have the Morton tools for stained-glass making, tons of pattern books for stainless, lead came for stained glass, for lamp making, license plates, racks for hanging inventory, inventory from the sign business, banners, auto tools, work tables and benches.  metal drafting table, metal blueprint cabinet, shelves, and others.  Lots of nails, screws, nuts and bolts, electrical items, plumbing items, paints, garden and farm tools, fencing odds and ends.  Bring your work gloves!  It is a pickers paradise!!  Deals to be made!

The property will be put on the market after the Estate sale. 

The driveway is one lane, please take care when coming in.  Those leaving may have to reverse to allow incoming traffic.  Parking will be in a pasture.  Please no children.  

Day 1 (August 3) will be the workshop ONLY.  see above for descriptions

Day 2  (August 4) will be for the house items ONLY.  

Day 3 (August 5)  will be for house and anything left in workshop.

Day 4 (August 6) house and workshop will be clearance for any items left over.

Please wear comfortable shoes, bring boxes and packing material, we have limited available.  No children.  You break it you buy it.  We are not responsible for accidents.  No early sales

Gates open at 9 AM close at 4 PM each day, Sunday August 6 will be 11AM to 4 PM
