All Sales are final. All items are sold as is. No refunds or exchanges are allowed.
We kindly ask that you come prepared with boxes and bags if you are planning to buy multiple items as we usually only have a few on hand.
If you are planning on purchasing furniture, we do ask that you have your own muscle on hand to move and transport your purchase.

Large purchased items that need to be moved must be picked up by close the last day of the sale.
