- COVID Payment Policy: Credit Card with 2.9% fee or cash. No checks.
- Taxes & Fees: All state & local sales tax changes.
- You must provide your own bags, boxes, wrapping materials and LABOR for lifting heavy items. WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CARRY AND LOAD YOUR PURCHASES FOR YOU.
- Delivery is available for an extra fee.
- Only 30 people allowed indoors at a time per NC Covid Phase 3 guidelines.
- We do NOT use sign up sheets or numbers. (Do not start your own!) We simply open the door, and everyone comes in. ��
- We take great care to properly portray and represent all items sold at our events and encourage our customers to take their time reviewing and investigating all items prior to purchase. We do not offer refunds for any reason.
- We nor the home owner assume liability for accidents, theft, damage or other casualties that may occur on site, although we do take extreme care to ensure that we provide the most secure and memorable estate sales in the VA, NC and SC region.
- We do NOT release pricing before the sale. Please plan to attend the event in person to purchase.
- We cannot answer the phone or message during the event to let you know if something is still available as we are busy with customers. Please plan to come in person if interested in purchasing.
