We accept credit cards & cash, personal checks with proper id. There is a service charge for credit transactions, must be a $100 or more purchase. Returned checks will incur $35 service charge.
Robbins Estate Sale & homeowner are not responsible for accidents or injury.There are many levels to this home, meaning multiple stairs. If you have difficulty with mobility, this home would be a challenge to shop.
Items are sold as is, where is. No returns
As with all sales some items may not be available on day of sale due to circumstances out of our control.
A mover recommendation is available for transporting large furniture, and will deliver to Charlotte area.
We do not provide assistance to move items, per our insurance coverage, but will gladly work with the buyer to set up a time for pick up. Please remember your packing materials, tools, and tie downs & plenty of muscle.
We do not quote prices over the phone, or allow early previewing.

Sunday, September 27th our last day of this sale. We will be open from 1PM-3PM for final clearance. Most everything will be 50% off.

 

We are pleased to be providing this sale for a wonderful gentleman who is downsizing to Florida. His late wife and him have lived in this home for 45 years; she owned a woman's boutique & was an avid collector. An avid gardener and woodworker, the owner has a wonderful supply of tools for each of his vocations.
