We staff our sales according to size and inventory. We are ready and willing to answer questions and assist you in any way.

Numbers will be put out one hour prior to opening time the first day of the sale. Please note that if a list has been started we will honor your place in line if you are present at the time the numbers are given out. If you are not there you will forfeit your place and will have to take the next available spot.

Special parking arrangements. This home in located in a cul-de-sac with limited parking, therefore there will be parking on one side of the street only. Please be aware of the no parking signs and park accordingly. There is parking at the communtiy pool which is behind the house.

Directions to the pool:

Turn into Deerfield Creek Dr off of Tilly Morris
Turn left on Fawn Hill
Turn left on Fox Hedge
Stay straight on Fox Hedge until you come to the end of the cul-de-sac until you see the parking lot.
Follow the sidewalk to the house....you will see a POD and items in the driveway.
