Welcome to another Spectacular Grasons Co. Estate Sale. We are honored to have been chosen to perform a great 2 day sale for this wonderful family. We need to complete the cleaning and rearranging to take quality pictures. More descriptions and pictures to come so please revisit soon to get updates. House is located in Sardis Forest Neighborhood 9/10 of a mile down Sardis Dr off of Pineville Matthews Rt 51 in Mathews.. Due to excessive amounts of calls, pricing will not be quoted over the phone and you must come in person for prices.

This house has a great variety of indoor and outdoor items!  A trampoline, patio furniture for the front and back of house, a Charbroil Grill with propane tank and cover highlight outdoor items.  Some gardening tools, power and manual, as well as tool accompaniments.  Inside features a wide array of items that will work in any home - furniture, lots of diverse wall hanging/artwork options, wedding china, silverware and more!!  This sale features everything shown in the photos and so many more treasures for you to find!  11/13 Note - we have added more pictures of books and dolls!!

Sign-in sheet will be placed outside the home at 8am the 1st day of the sale. The sign in sheet is used to see who gets in first at the grand opening of the sale. Doors open at 9am. All items that are reserved in the hold area must be paid for in full. Bring your own assistance and tools for moving furniture. Home is located on a cul-de-sac, so, as always, please be respectful to the neighbors, home and Grasons Co. staff. Plenty of street parking in front of home, but it is in a neighborhood, so again, please be aware of the neighborhood. Driveway access granted for loading, but it will have the cars and the tent with the register and hold table. We can’t wait to see you!
