* The first day of our sale prices ARE AS MARKED. Please do not ask for a discount. Please remember that we work for the homeowners and it is up to them whether we have any discounts on the second day.
* We nor the homeowners are responsible for accidents
* We do not presale nor give prices over the phone
* All items are sold as is
* All sales are final
* If you are purchasing furniture and larger items please bring your own help to move
* If you are disrespectful to our staff or any other individuals during the sale you will be asked to leave and this does include speaking negatively regarding prices, etc. In other words please leave your negative comments in the car, we try our best but are not perfect
* If you are caught stealing you will be prosecuted
* Please do not pull the tag on an item or put the item on hold unless you plan on purchasing the item
* Please do not switch price tags!(Price tag switching is considered stealing and we will prosecute) nor hide items to come back and get on discount day
* We reserve the right to limit the number of individuals into home at one time and will also request a single file line before entering. Weather is getting colder so please feel free to wait in your car until we get there.
* All items must be out by 5pm on last day of sale
* Forms of payment are Checks, cash and credit cards
* We take all information on credit card transactions, if u dispute your credit card charge after the purchase you will be blocked from future credit card purchases
