2) We will provide sold stickers at each of our sales. Customers may not use their own.
3) Be sure to examine all items and test them before buying. We do not accept returns of items that have left the sale. Items are sold as is. We can not guarantee all electronic items are in working order.
4) Discounts will occur over the course of the sale.
5) Buyer is responsible for removal of items purchased before the closing of the last day of the sale. We may be able to make additional arrangements if more time is needed. We do have a delivery person available at some sales. Please let us know if this is something you may need so we can make arrangements.
6) Any stealing will be brought to the attention of the local authorities.
7) We will open the doors to the sale at the designated time.
8) Please, if you decide not to buy an item return the item to its place.
9) Please dispose of any trash in the proper receptacles.
10) We can not sell any items prior to to the sale due to the fact that it is unfair to others.
11) We will provide a sign-up sheet for each sale.
12) We are not responsible for any accidents on site.
13) There will be a 3% charge on all credit card transactions.
14) We do not provide packing materials or boxes.
15) Please, no food, drink or pets.

50% off Sunday 8/7!! We are hosting an incredible estate sale with a little bit of everything in Mebane, NC. There is a whole house filled with amazing items and also a carpentry shop with many tools and woodworking equipment. There are also several outbuildings with so much to pick through. If possible, and time permits, we will will remove the items and display. If not, please enter the buildings cautiously. The premises have not been occupied for about a year and a half.
Some of the items for sale include: vintage and antique items, furniture (handcrafted furniture also), outdoor white wicker furniture, kitchenware, pots and pans, Christmas decor and decorations, huge collection of pink carnival glass, Department 56 collectibles, wicker baskets, clothing, shoes, Lenox dishware sets and collectible items, vintage Kenmore sewing machine in cabinet, and an entire carpentry shop full of tools and woodworking equipment. Huge air compressor outside of the shop in its own shed. Johnson Brothers made in England History of America pink dishes (a huge collection as well). Books, piano music, records, cassette tapes, collectible birds with CoAs, electronics, rocking chairs, gorgeous Eastlake chair pair and so much more!
We will try to update our photos as soon as possible as we discover more things. We have not completely been through the out-buildings but they look very promising.
