2) We will provide sold stickers at each of our sales. Customers may not use their own.
3) Be sure to examine all items and test them before buying. We do not accept returns of items that have left the sale. Items are sold as is. We can not guarantee all electronic items are in working order.
4) Smaller discounts on large amount of bundled items due to everything already being 50% off.
5) Buyer is responsible for removal of items purchased before the closing of the last day of the sale. We may be able to make additional arrangements if more time is needed.
6) Any stealing will be brought to the attention of the local authorities.
7) We will open the doors to the sale at the designated time.
8) Please, if you decide not to buy an item return the item to its place.
9) Please dispose of any trash in the proper receptacles.
10) We can not sell any items prior to to the sale due to the fact that it is unfair to others.
11) We will provide a sign-up sheet for each sale.
12) We are not responsible for any accidents on site.
13) There will be a 3% charge on all credit card transactions.
14) We do not provide packing materials or boxes.
15) Please, no food, drink or pets.
16) Please park on the property and not in front of neighboring homes.

WE ARE BACK FOR ANOTHER WEEKEND!!! Sunday is our last day! 75% off all items that are not marked FIRM. We are hosting an incredible estate sale at the same property as we did last weekend with an entire household of amazing items. The estate is so big, we had to extend this for another weekend!
There are also 3 outbuildings with items to pick through. If possible we will try to clear these building and display everything. If not, please enter at your own risk to pick though it all. It has been about a year and half since anyone has really been in here other than family or friends. There is a lot more than the photos may show and we will try to update the photos in the near future.
Just some of the items that are being sold are: vintage and antique items, furniture (handmade furniture also), 2 sets of bedroom furniture, clothing, shoes, books, sheet music, glassware, silverware, a lot of kitchen gadgets, pink carnival glass, Johnson Brothers china, fine china sets, vintage sewing machine, home decor, jewelry, kitchenware, pots and pans, albums, wicker furniture, wicker baskets, medical mobility equipment, 1940s Gene Autry guitar, planters, and the carpentry shop still has a lot of items left!! Other buildings have antique or vintage tools, vintage sanding equipment, an antique hand crank grinding wheel/ stone, and more!
