MONDAY IS LIQUIDATION DAY!! 

Whatever we don't sell during our 3-day estate sale weekend, must go on Monday from 8:00-12:00.  C'mon out and help us clear it out!

Note to all customers who plan to visit this sale:

1) We run our sales a little differently than most, and do NOT hand out numbers, price items before the sale, or offer special privileges.  We also do not believe in creating a sense of competition or urgency to get into the sale FIRST!  There is plenty for everyone, and we expect our attendees to be courteous, kind and respectful of their fellow estate sale goers and to our staff.  Let's all have fun, be respectful and help one another have a productive and enjoyable experience!  

2) We accept cash and credit cards (with 2.9% processing fee).  Personal checks are not accepted.

3) You should provide your OWN movers, boxes, and packing materials.  If you purchase large items, please plan to have them picked up prior to closing time during the last day of the sale.  

4) Items are not "sold" until paid for.  Please DO NOT pull off price tags from items unless you have paid for them.  

5) If you do not see something at our sale that was marketed prior to the event, please understand that at times the family may at the last minute decide not to sell something.  This is common, and is their prerogative.  We make every effort to remove items from marketing materials when this happens, but it is sometimes impossible for us to know until the day of the sale.

6) Please do not email us during the sale to ask us to hold something for you, or if it's still there.  We are very busy assisting our attending customers, and would encourage you to attend the sale in person so that you may purchase what you would like.  Our in-person customers get our full attention - c'mon out and see us in person, and enjoy the event!
