PLEASE ONLY PARK ON THE HOUSE SIDE OF THE STREET! Absolutely no parking on the opposite side of the street. Please do not park in the residence driveway as that is reserved for those loading purchases, do not block neighbors driveways or any mailboxes.
Please come prepared to load large purchases, all items must be removed during sale hours or by arrangement. We DO NOT have staff to help you load. We can provide local mover options for you.
Please note we do not sell items over the phone. We can be quite busy setting up for the sale, any phone calls or texts may not be immediately responded to. Messages sent via EstateSales.Net are not received by us in real time, so we strongly suggest not using that feature if you need a prompt response.
