Cash and credit cards are accepted. Our policy is to charge a 2.75 % service fee for ALL credit card/Debit card transactions.
Please bring help for large or heavy items, as we will be busy assisting customers.
We will place numbers outside THIRTY MINUTES before the start of the sale.
Please be respectful of neighbors when parking and do not block driveways.

Fabulous Finds and the Homeowner are not responsible for accidents, injury or damage that may occur on the premises.
Please bring your own tote bags, boxes and packing paper.
All items are sold "as is" and therefore returns are not accepted. Please be sure you are satisfied with the item before you make a purchase.

The home owners are downsizing and Fabulous Finds is helping with a 2 day sale. We have just started sorting and organizing the items for sale. The homeowner continues to add more items for us to sell, so continue to look back for additional pictures and descriptions. We are selling furniture, antiques, vintage items, collectibles, books, tools, jewelry, purses, vintage dolls and much more! We are also selling holiday decor just in time for the holiday season.

We have decorations GALORE! Just in time for the holiday! The home owner loves to decorate for all occasions, so we have Halloween, Fall, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Birthday, Anniversary decor. The home owner was known for their decorating and have won neighborhood decorating contest year after year!

For sale will be all the Christmas Story theme decorations!
