Cash is preferred. Credit cards are accepted (if you agree to pay the bank service fee) and the new policy of over $50. per transaction.
We, and the homeowner, are not responsible for accidents, injury, or damage.
It is recommended that you bring your own tote bags, boxes, and packing paper.
All items are sold "as is" and there are no returns.
***Preparing for a sale is more labor intensive than you are aware of so it's not possible to answer individual questions ~ especially regarding prices.

This estate sale will be held in a large detached “party garage” and it will feature vintage gas pumps, various advertising (mostly new), restored barber chair, large heavy duty tool chests, power wood-working tools, golf cart, commercial grade mower, die cast cars & trucks, vintage tube radio, old Coca-Cola cooler chest, silver coins, and the list goes on and on......(other than a few miscellaneous items, there are NO typical houseware items or furniture).
Mower: Ferris IS 3100 Big Block Z, 61” with 300 hours
