Items may be removed by the seller up until the day before the sale. Your Estate Solutions will try to publish the removal of any item on this site the day before the sale starts. We realize how valuable your time is and if you are coming to one of my sales you may text your name and the number in your party the week of the sale to be added to the entry list for the first and last days.
You are responsible for your children and your dogs. Both are welcome. Dogs have to be carried in the home.

50% discounting starts at 9 am on Saturday. The house is packed and everything must go.
The neighbor has bought this home and we have been contracted to liquidate the personal property using the tag sale method. This house is filled to the brim and we will only be allowing 4 persons main floor and 4 persons in the basement at one time. Most of the items will not be priced due to the number of small items. You will make up a box lot and bring it to the cashier and we will make sure you go home with your prizes!
