Fabulous Finds DOES NOT honor sign up lists for entry.
A friendly reminder that we do not honor lists. We will place numbers out at 8 AM and you must be present to receive a number. Please don't wait in your car and assume you have a place in line. We suggest that once you arrive at the sale form a line at the front door. We want our sales to be a fun and a positive experience for everyone. We appreciate all of you and your continued support!
Cash is preferred. Debit and credit cards are accepted for sales over $20.00. A 3% service fee will be added to all credit/debit card transaction
All items must be picked up by Tuesday, March 14. Removal of large pieces of furniture/rugs may need to be arranged to be picked up at the end of the sale day.
If moving services are needed, it is the customer's responsibility to coordinate all moving details.
Fabulous Finds and the Homeowner are not responsible for accidents, injury or damage that may occur on the premises.
Please bring your own tote bags, bags, boxes and packing paper.
All items are sold "as is" and therefore returns are not accepted.
Please be sure you are satisfied with the item before you make a purchase. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
Occasionally the homeowner may change their mind and decide to keep certain items. We do our best to accurately portray the items that will be for sale.

We had a very successful day on Saturday and sold the majority of the furniture, but we still have a beautiful Drexel breakfront and Thomasville chest of drawers with mirror available. We also have glassware, books, knick knacks, garage items, kitchen items, holiday decor and artwork. We will be going half price on Sunday from 12-3! Come out and see us!
Fabulous Finds Estate Sales is having a two day sale in Mooresville!!
The homeowners enjoyed antiquing and collecting treasures. Therefore the house has a variety of styles of furniture and tons of knick-knacs. Drexel Heritage, Thomasville and period antiques fill this lovely ranch home. Beautiful antique chests, cherry step back cupboard, Eastlake Secretary, and oak sideboard are sure to catch your eye! This is the perfect opportunity to purchase an antique to blend into your home. You will also find collections of yellow ware, stoneware, Blue Willow, vintage cameras, paper weights, vintage Pyrex, lusterware, glass peanut jars and tons of vintage glassware.
