Methods of payment: Cash and credit cards are accepted (if you agree to pay the bank service fee of 3%).
We, and the homeowner, are not responsible for accidents, injury, or damage.
It is recommended that you bring your own tote bags, boxes, and packing paper.
All items are sold "as is" and there are NO returns. It is your responsibility to test an electrical item before purchasing.
*Preparing for a sale is labor intensive, it's not possible to answer individual questions ~ especially regarding prices.

Although this is a huge house, it will be a one day only sale (SAT 9 til 2) as not to disrupt the gated community.
***In fairness to everyone, there are no previews, no pre-sales, nor price quotes. The only item available for pre-sale is the piano!
The house is in a gated neighborhood and the gate will open at 8 AM Saturday and the sale will open promptly at 9 AM. There will not be entry numbers nor a sign-up list so please just wait at the front door. Entry will be controlled and limited.
