Welcome to Lake Norman Estate Sales!
Cash and cards accepted. Tax will be charged as it became law in NC in February of 2020 for auctions and estate sales.
We do not honor homemade signup sheets. Please line up as you learned in grade school, and do not hold the line for other people.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, SOLD AS IS, NO RETURNS.
It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect each item they are purchasing. Holding area will be provided. No previews or pre-sales prior to sale.
All items must be removed by end of sale. Please plan to load your items yourself as we may or may not have anyone available to assist.
Any items not picked up at appointed times and the sale has ended, refunds will not be given.
Security cameras will be in use on the property.
Please do not switch tags, hoard items and be respectful to each other.
Pictures will be updated prior to the sale date, sometimes preview pictures are posted a couple weeks prior. Current photos will be posted a few days prior to the sale.

SMALL children must be supervised at all times.
Homeowner(s) and Lake Norman Estate Sales LLC are not liable for any damage, theft, accidents, or injuries during the sale.
Please keep in mind this is an Estate Tag Sale not a Garage Sale or Auction. All items will be tagged and prices are determined by quality, age and condition.

Saturday, November 22nd from 9am-2pm (50% off starts at 11:30am, 75% off starts at 1pm)

Payment methods: Cash and Credit Cards

Saturday starting at 9am, items will be 25% off and need to be checked out by 10:45am. Starting at 11am items will go to 50% off, everyone will need to check out by 12:45pm. Starting at 1pm, remaining items will be 75% off until 2pm when the sale ends. All items in hand or in the holding area will need to be paid for prior to the next discounted shopping time. Everyone will be asked to step outside and create a new line for each of the discounted sale times. Shoppers are allowed to line up prior to the discounted shopping times. Please allow room for those checking out.

There will be rooms and/or doors marked off limits. Please do not enter these locations.

Bathrooms are off limits/ No potty breaks inside

There are large pieces of furniture for sale, please let a team member know if you are going to purchase and a sold sticker will be applied. Do not remove stickers yourself on these items. The price sticker will be taken to the hold area for you to pay at time of checkout. You will be responsible for loading all items.

Photos will be updated a few days prior to the sale.
