We, and the homeowner, are not responsible for accidents, injury, or damage.
It is recommended that you bring your own tote bags, boxes, and packing paper.
All items are sold "as is" and there are no returns.
***Preparing for a sale is more labor intensive than you are aware of so it's not possible to answer individual questions ~ especially regarding prices.
In order to be fair to all of the customers, there are NO previews, NO early sales, nor price quotes.

Formal living room with a 1960s-era curved sofa, formal dining room with a Broyhill table/6 chairs/china cabinet, 1980s-era laminate dining table/matching credenza/mirrored cabinets, rattan/glass table with 6 chairs, two dens sets including a black leather sectional, 3 bedrooms including a king size 4 poster bed with matching dresser & wardrobe by Wynwood, a well-stocked kitchen, glassware & china, hundreds of home decor items, Whirlpool washer & dryer, outdoor furniture, garden pieces, gas grill, and garage "stuff"
There will not be any "Buy It Now" items on our mobile App this week.
Entry numbers will be on the front porch at noon on Sunday.
*PARKING* Please note:
Parking will be VERY limited on Blume Rd.
PLEASE PARK RESPONSIBLY and on only one side of the street (the side of the house).
The safest option is to park at the Liberty Preparatory Christian Academy parking lot, located at 246 Blume Rd. (a short walk from the tag sale). The driveway should be kept open for pick-ups.
