Numbers will be given out one hour before start time. Controlled entry will be utilized, limiting the number of patrons admitted. No large purses please, but a tote or boxes are welcome.

Due to the limited amount of room in this packed house no children under 12 will be given entry.

No discounting first day of sale. Reductions will occur on the 2nd and 3rd days.

We are a professional estate liquidation company, owned and operated by a Certified Appraiser with an understanding of fair market value. We sell to the buying public and resellers.

Cash or personal checks with proper id.

Returned checks will incur $35 service charge.

Items are sold as is, where is. No returns, please inspect your items before purchase.

As with all sales some items may not be available on day of sale due to circumstances out of our control.

A Mover recommendation ( 'Name Your Price' or Bulldog Movers) is available for transporting large furniture.

We do not provide assistance to move items, per our insurance coverage, but will gladly work with the buyer to set up a time for pick up.

We like to have fun at our sales. Our staff is friendly and enjoy assisting our customers.

Please remember your packing materials, tools, and tie downs & plenty of muscle.

Preparation for a sale is labor intensive, therefore we do not quote prices over the phone, or allow early previewing.

This is an estate sale, not a yard or garage sale. We are a business which provides professional services to sell our clients items at a fair market value.

  • This home of a retired Air Force Colonel and his wife brings fascinating items from across the world. Purchases were made in Denmark in the 1960's of Danish Modern Teak furniture, including the designs of Hans Wegner, Arne Vodder, Arne Wahl Iversen,  Illums Bolighus, Johs. Andersen, Kai Christensen, & K.B. Simonsen to name a few.

The diversity of this collection is the proverbial 'something for everyone' sale.
