(Another!) Tag Sale at The Point
Terms
We welcome you to the tag sale. A few suggestions:
Please bring adequate help if you need assistance with loading heavy purchases.
Cash is preferred. Credit cards are accepted (if you agree to pay the bank service fee) and the new policy of over $50. per transaction.
We, and the homeowner, are not responsible for accidents, injury, or damage.
It is recommended that you bring your own tote bags, boxes, and packing paper.
All items are sold "as is" and there are no returns.
***Preparing for a sale is more labor intensive than you are aware of so it's not possible to answer individual questions ~ especially regarding prices.
Plans are underway for another great tag sale at The Point.
Although our set-up process has not yet begun, this house will feature a formal living room with a baby grand piano and also casual leather/fabric matching sofas in the den (one is a sleep sofa).
Additionally.....2 king size beds, 2 sets of bunk beds, dressers, night stands, various chairs & tables, a sleep sofa, 5 rush seat barstools, rolltop desk, dining table with 6 chairs, and outdoor seating.
Home decor: several large area rugs, Southwestern themed framed prints, lamps, glassware & china, a whole room of Christmas decorations including a 4 pc set of 3 ft tall carolers, and more...
Garage: paddleboard, wakeboard, golf clubs, lawnmower, 2 bikes, yard tools, extension ladder
The moving truck doesn’t pull away until Wednesday so there will be many last minute updates, with final additions by Friday evening.
In fairness to others, there are no previews, no pre-sales, nor price quotes.
Line-up numbers will be on the front porch at 8:00AM Saturday (and NO numbers on Sunday). Entry will be limited to 30 customers at a time.
