We welcome you to the tag sale. A few suggestions:
Please bring adequate help if you need assistance with loading heavy purchases.
Cash is preferred. Credit cards are accepted (if you agree to pay the bank service fee) and the new policy of over $50. per transaction.
We, and the homeowner, are not responsible for accidents, injury, or damage.
It is recommended that you bring your own tote bags, boxes, and packing paper.
All items are sold "as is" and there are no returns.
***Preparing for a sale is more labor intensive than you are aware of so it's not possible to answer individual questions ~ especially regarding prices.
Update as of Tues. the 17th: because of the real estate timelines, we’re unable to postpone this sale. We are healthy, and if you are feeling the same way, then please shop with us. We will be limiting the amount of customers in the house to 10 at a time in order to have plenty of extra space between us.
Line-up numbers will be on the front porch at 8 AM Sat.....and no numbers on Sun.
It is recommended to wait in your car, or distance yourself in the front yard, until your number is called. The door will open promptly at 9 AM and we will close early at noon on Sat. The hours on Sunday are 1PM til 3PM.

***The boat is available for sale now! 2008 South Bay 622CR 25ft pontoon by Forest River with a 150 HP Suzuki engine. There is NOT a trailer. Although the odometer is not currently working, it is known that there are approximately 150 hours on it. Price $12,500...SOLD!!!
