We welcome you to the tag sale. A few suggestions:

Please bring adequate help if you need assistance with loading heavy purchases.

Cash is preferred. Credit cards are accepted (if you agree to pay the bank service fee) and the new policy of over $50. per transaction.

We, and the homeowner, are not responsible for accidents, injury, or damage.

It is recommended that you bring your own tote bags, boxes, and packing paper.

All items are sold "as is" and there are no returns.

***Preparing for a sale is more labor intensive than you are aware of so it's not possible to answer individual questions ~ especially regarding prices.

If you click on the address link, for some reason Google Maps will take you to the Belk department store on 150😳. Our location is down Brawley School Rd, turn right on McKendree , then right on Lakeview Shores Loop (the first road of the Loop), and then right onto Goathill. 
 

This Lake Norman house features room after room filled with handmade decoys (Walker, Carson, Kirby, & more), beautiful stain-glass lamps, antique furniture including brown wicker sofas/chairs/tables, cottage & rustic decor, a collection of pewter sculptures (many by Chilmark)

Framed (& unframed) historical military limited edition prints (with certificate of authenticity) by artists: Troiani, Strain, Schmehl, Gnatek, & Wright

Nautical  prints by artists: Dawson, Stokes & Hunt

Plus: lots of kitchenware, a shed of yard & power tools, lake toys, & outdoor furniture.  Since there are hundreds of items in the house, space will be limited for a “holding area” so please bring your own box or laundry basket to gather your purchases!

In fairness to everyone, there are no previews, no pre-sales, nor price quotes. 

Line-up numbers will be on the front porch at 8 AM Saturday (no numbers on Sunday, just a sign-up sheet). Entry will be limited & controlled to 20 shoppers at a time.

😷Masks are encouraged. We have extras, if you need one.
