Cash is preferred. Credit cards are accepted (if you agree to pay the bank service fee) and the new policy of over $50. per transaction.
We, and the homeowner, are not responsible for accidents, injury, or damage.
It is recommended that you bring your own tote bags, boxes, and packing paper.
All items are sold "as is" and there are no returns.
***Preparing for a sale is more labor intensive than you are aware of so it's not possible to answer individual questions ~ especially regarding prices.

Plans are underway for another fine sale featuring stylish furniture and large rugs!
There are not as many as usual smaller decorative items....mostly furniture, nice rugs, and antique/vintage sets of books.
•4 Beds: upholstered king size, 2 queens, one full
•3 Sofas: 2 are Hancock & Moore (large curved one & traditional size), oversized U-shaped sofa
•3 Desks: campaign style by Starbay with matching chair & bookcase, white desk by Stanley, writing desk by Collection Reproductions
• 5 varying sizes of rugs

Line-up numbers will be on the front porch at 8 AM and the door will open promptly at 9 AM. Entry will be limited to 25 customers at a time.
