We welcome you to the tag sale. A few suggestions:

Please bring adequate help if you need assistance with loading heavy purchases.

Cash is preferred. Credit cards are accepted (if you agree to pay the bank service fee) and the new policy of over $50. per transaction.

We, and the homeowner, are not responsible for accidents, injury, or damage.

It is recommended that you bring your own tote bags, boxes, and packing paper.

All items are sold "as is" and there are no returns.

***Preparing for a sale is more labor intensive than you are aware of so it's not possible to answer individual questions ~ especially regarding prices.

We’re almost ready for a wonderful sale with furniture (Stickley, Hooker, Century,  Hekman & more), home decor accessories, several rugs, lots of big screen TVs, a Big Green Egg grill, a fitness room, plus two professional grade riding mowers & other lawn equipment!

Also:  a well stocked kitchen, stereo electronics, lots of  men & women’s clothing & accessories, electric guitar & small amp, Xbox & other games, athletic equipment & clothing

***Because of the holiday, and a quick closing date, this sale will be ONE day only on the SUNDAY after Thanksgiving!

In fairness to everyone, there are no previews, no pre-sales, nor price quotes!

Line-up numbers will be on the front porch at 8:00AM Sunday morning.  (Sign-up lists started the night before the sale will not be honored).  Entry will be limited and controlled to allow for social distancing.  Masks😷 are encouraged.
