We welcome you to the tag sale. A few suggestions:

Please bring adequate help if you need assistance with loading heavy purchases.

Cash is preferred. Credit cards are accepted (if you agree to pay the bank service fee) and the new policy of over $50. per transaction.

We, and the homeowner, are not responsible for accidents, injury, or damage.

It is recommended that you bring your own tote bags, boxes, and packing paper.

All items are sold "as is" and there are NO returns.....it is your responsibility to test an electrical item before purchasing.

***Preparing for a sale is more labor intensive than you are aware of so it's not possible to answer individual questions ~ especially regarding prices.

We are ready for a huge sale featuring furniture and home decor for every room of the house!

In addition to stylish furniture and accessories, a partial list includes: a very well stocked kitchen of cookware (Swiss Diamond, Cooks Essentials, Calphalon) & cutlery, lots of glassware/dishes by Ballard Designs & Vietri,  handmade pottery, artwork, TVs, 3 tall jewelry chests, fitness equipment (elliptical and Pilates), ping-pong table, Frontgate Christmas decorations, outdoor furniture, Samsung front- load washer & dryer, and a brand-new hot tub.....plus many more items!

Plus, ladies clothing and accessories ~ including a ton of jewelry (Judith Ripka, Michael Dawkins, Scott Kay, Pandora, David Wysor, Brighton & others) !!! Please refer to the photos but keep in mind that it’s just the tip of the iceberg ~ there are literally hundreds & hundreds of pieces of sterling jewelry!

*There is no pre-registration.
 Line-up numbers will be on the front porch at 8 AM Saturday (no numbers on Sunday).  Although we do not encourage a sign-up list, if an early-bird does start a list, you must remain on the property until numbers are handed out at 8 AM.  The door opens promptly at 9 AM on Saturday and at 10 AM on Sunday.

Entry will be limited and controlled to 25 at a time.  Masks😷 are encouraged.  Please social distance while inside and outside the house.
