We welcome you to the tag sale. A few suggestions:
Please bring adequate help if you need assistance with loading heavy purchases.
Cash is preferred. Credit cards are accepted (if you agree to pay the bank service fee) and the new policy of over $50. per transaction.
We, and the homeowner, are not responsible for accidents, injury, or damage.
It is recommended that you bring your own tote bags, boxes, and packing paper.
All items are sold "as is" and there are NO returns.....it is your responsibility to test an electrical item before purchasing.
***Preparing for a sale is more labor intensive than you are aware of so it's not possible to answer individual questions ~ especially regarding prices.
We are ready for another lovely tag sale featuring furniture and home decor accessories....including teak outdoor furniture by Kingsley Bate, AICO Michael Amini home office pieces & leather desk chair, plus many oversized pottery planters!
Furniture by Baker, Century, Hooker: sofas, chairs, barstools, dining sets, wardrobes, various other pieces including a lovely Marge Carson lounge chair.
Large area rugs, home office furniture, outdoor pieces, Nordic Track treadmill, massage table, accessories, glassware, artwork, tall clock by Howard Miller, many window treatments, lots of Christmas decorations including tall trees, long garlands, and oversized wreaths!
Additional photos and descriptions will be posted every day this week. The moving truck won’t be leaving until Thursday so there will be many last minute updates!!!
***In fairness to everyone, there are no previews, no pre-sales, nor price quotes.

There is no pre-registration. If an early-bird customer starts a sign-up list on Saturday morning, we will honor it as long as the customers remain on the property AND are present at 8 AM when the numbers are handed out. There will be no lineup numbers on Sunday. Entry will be controlled and limited to 30 people at a time.
