We welcome you to the tag sale. A few suggestions:

Please bring adequate help if you need assistance with loading heavy purchases.

Cash is preferred. Credit cards are accepted (if you agree to pay the bank service fee) and the new policy of over $50. per transaction.

We, and the homeowner, are not responsible for accidents, injury, or damage.

It is recommended that you bring your own tote bags, boxes, and packing paper.

All items are sold "as is" and there are NO returns.....it is your responsibility to test an electrical item before purchasing.

***Preparing for a sale is more labor intensive than you are aware of so it's not possible to answer individual questions ~ especially regarding prices.

This amazing house is next on our list, and we will be posting photos & details every day this week!  Check back for additions, deletions, and substitutions. Final updates will be by Friday evening May 21.

This lovely waterfront home will feature a large assortment of furniture (Drexel, Baker, Century), outdoor living pieces, vintage Century bedroom suite, antique chests, queen size brass canopy bed, slate pool table, elliptical, set of 8 matching cane chairs plus various other antique cane chairs, framed artwork including several Toulouse Lautrec lithographs (Elle Suite series) & Picasso (Collection Domaine Picasso series), unique lamps, glassware, kitchenware, rugs, linens,  lots of home decor & knick-knacks....

Items of interest: antique rosewood  Melodeon, antique leather valet case with silver accessories, antique quilts, huge selection of vintage commemorative Indy 500 barware, Elvis collectibles, collection  of antique night caps, several vintage trunks...

***In fairness to everyone there are no previews, no pre-sales, nor price quotes!

Line-up numbers will be on the front porch at 8 AM Saturday (no numbers on Sunday). The door will open promptly at 9AM Sat and at 10AM on Sun.  Entry will be controlled and limited to 30 at a time.
