We welcome you to the tag sale. A few suggestions:

Please bring adequate help if you need assistance with loading heavy purchases.

Cash is preferred. Credit cards are accepted (if you agree to pay the bank service fee) and the new policy of over $50. per transaction.

We, and the homeowner, are not responsible for accidents, injury, or damage.

It is recommended that you bring your own tote bags, boxes, and packing paper.

All items are sold "as is" and there are NO returns.....it is your responsibility to test an electrical item before purchasing.

***Preparing for a sale is more labor intensive than you are aware of so it's not possible to answer individual questions ~ especially regarding prices.

Attention: contractors, builders, DIY’ers!  Why wait for home improvement items and materials on back order! We have a house full of inventory that is ready for you now!

The new owner is renovating the interior and there are many salvageable items and materials!

Examples: kitchen cabinets/counters, kitchen appliances, bathroom vanities, laundry room cabinetry, the stained glass  panels around the front door, wet bar cabinet with refrigerator  & copper sink, brass wall sconces, ceiling fans, glass block shower partitions, shower fixtures,  stained glass door, wine cellar bottle racks, cobalt blue glass bathroom sink, nautical theme toilet & sink,  chandeliers including a unique Schonbek “Artemis” celestial cobalt chandelier!

***Please note that this sale is just for 2 hours (noon to 2PM) on Sunday! There will not be any lineup numbers. The door opens promptly at noon.
