We welcome you to the tag sale. A few suggestions:

Please bring adequate help if you need assistance with loading heavy purchases.

Methods of payment: Cash, Venmo, and credit cards are accepted (if you agree to pay the bank service fee).

We, and the homeowner, are not responsible for accidents, injury, or damage.

It is recommended that you bring your own tote bags, boxes, and packing paper.

All items are sold "as is" and there are NO returns.....it is your responsibility to test an electrical item before purchasing.

***Preparing for a sale is more labor intensive than you are aware of so it's not possible to answer individual questions ~ especially regarding prices.

In addition to the boat and jet ski, the house is packed full….lots of furniture for every room, a full kitchen, and home decor accessories!

* Just added....2021 enclosed Cargo trailer 12’ by 6’ $4600 and a golf cart (Club Car 2005 but rebuilt in ‘08) $6500.

1996 Cobalt 252 Bowrider Dual prop with 7.4 liter motor.  Owner purchased boat in Spring 2012, with just over 500 hours on engine.  Immediately after purchase, rod broke in engine and owner purchased Jasper Engines Rebuilt 7.4 Liter block and had installed.  That block has less than 100 hours usage on it since put in the boat. For the past 6 years boat has been annually serviced by LKN Marine Services. including a complete tune up in 2021 along with sanding/waxing of gelcoat and new canvas cover and new engine cover upholstery all in 2021. Price: $18k

There is no pre-registration. Line~up numbers will be on the front porch at 8AM Saturday and the door will open promptly at 9AM (no numbers on Sunday). Entry will be limited and controlled to 25 people at a time.

 If an early-bird customer starts a sign-up list on Saturday morning, we will honor it as long as the customers remain on the property AND are present at 8AM when the numbers are handed out.
