We welcome you to the tag sale. A few suggestions:
Please bring adequate help if you need assistance with loading heavy purchases.
Methods of payment: Cash, Venmo, and credit cards are accepted (if you agree to pay the bank 3% service fee)
We, and the homeowner, are not responsible for accidents, injury, or damage.
It is recommended that you bring your own tote bags, boxes, and packing paper.
All items are sold "as is" and there are NO returns. It is your responsibility to test an electrical item before purchasing.
*Preparing for a sale is labor intensive therefore it's not possible to answer individual questions ~ especially regarding prices.

We’re planning a fantastic sale of beautiful designer furniture on Alexander Island (a Lake Norman gem)!
Partial list: multiple sofas (3 L-shape and 2 from Restoration Hardware), 2 dining tables with 10 chairs each, several barstools, queen size bed, set of twin beds, variety of tables and chairs including a massage chair, antique blanket chest, oversized coffee tables, outdoor dining table with 6 chairs, desk & leather chair…

Due to the private gated neighborhood, and a one lane causeway, this sale will be “by appointment only”.

***In order to be fair to everyone, there are no online sales, no previews, no presales, no “holds”, nor price quotes.
Also….. this sale of these home furnishings is Stage 1 and Stage 2 (sometime later in the month) will feature various kitchen cabinets, countertops windows, doors, cobblestone driveway, landscaping, bathroom vanities, etc.
