We welcome you to the tag sale. A few suggestions:
Please bring adequate help if you need assistance with loading heavy purchases.
Methods of payment: Cash and credit cards are accepted (if you agree to pay the bank 3% service fee)
We, and the homeowner, are not responsible for accidents, injury, or damage.
It is recommended that you bring your own tote bags, boxes, and packing paper.
All items are sold "as is" and there are NO returns. It is your responsibility to test an electrical item before purchasing.
*Preparing for a sale is labor intensive therefore it's not possible to answer individual questions ~ especially regarding prices.
Welcome back to Alexander Island for our "Part 2- House Demolition Sale"!
Attention contractors, DIY-ers, landscapers, and business owners this is a great opportunity to purchase any part of this home before it’s demolished in February. Materials include cabinets, vanities, countertops, doors, fixtures, floors, railings, windows, landscaping, cobblestone pavers, gas logs, and shelving.
Large items of interest: Sub-Zero refrigerator, custom kitchen cabinets by Thomasville, 2 Overhead Door garage openers, MD Flo-Master central vacuum system, Trane XV AC units, Rinnai tankless water heater, whole house water filtration system by Hauge.
The tag sale to view and purchase these items will be on Jan. 21. If the item you purchase requires any type of demo to remove it, you will make arrangements to return to the house on Jan. 28. (when the power and water have been turned off). Some items may be scheduled to be removed at an even later date (ie. doors, windows, floors)

You, your contractor, or handyman must be capable of removing the items you purchase.
You, your contractor, or handyman will assume all responsibility during the disassembly and removal of demo items.
You will need to supply all tools and materials to safely remove items.
Because of the uniqueness of the small gated neighborhood and limited parking down a one lane cause-way, we need to be extremely respectful of the neighbors. Therefore, you must email to request an appointment to attend on Jan. 21.
Appointments will be scheduled in order they are received. There is only room to park 10 cars in the cul-de-sac. Groups of 10 will be scheduled every 40 mins.
