A few suggestions:

Methods of payment: Cash and credit cards are accepted (if you agree to pay the bank service fee of 3%).

We, and the homeowner, are not responsible for accidents, injury, or damage.

It is recommended that you bring your own tote bags, boxes, and packing paper.

All items are sold "as is" and there are NO returns. It is your responsibility to test an electrical item before purchasing.

Please join us this weekend for this unique tag sale featuring one of a kind items and superb home furnishings. 

Our clients lived abroad and traveled the world bringing home special pieces. 

The house is packed full of furniture (sofas, beds, amazing wicker, various tables & chairs, etc), dishes, china, kitchenware, knick-knacks…

There 3 car garage is full of power & hand tools, ladders, a ton of hardware (screws, nails, building supplies). 

100s of men’s X-large (packaged & dry cleaned) shirts, sweaters, suits, jackets,  shoes

There are so many items that are not photographed: oversized patio umbrellas, pizza oven supplies, party-ware, decorative accessories,  large plants, tall wood wine racks, electronic components

The door opens promptly at 9AM SAT and 10AM Sunday (no numbers) Entry will be limited & controlled to 25 shoppers at a time.
