Please take the time to read the following set of terms and conditions for the sale.
1. AGENT: BearCreek Estate & Auction Services and all staff (Company) is acting as agent of the Seller and at no time acting on behalf of the Buyer. The Auctioneer reserves the right to bid on items on behalf of the Seller as permissible by the Uniform Commercial Code.
2. BearCreek Estate & Auction Services has full discretion to modify the date and time, order, and details of the sale for any reason or no reason at all, including but not limited to technical issues, emergencies, and convenience of BearCreek Estate & Auction Services or the Seller.
3. PROPERTY CONDITION: All items in this sale are being sold AS IS, WHERE IS without warranty, expressed or implied. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO RETURNS/REFUNDS.
4. POSSESSION: Buyer is solely responsible for items purchased and for the safe and timely pickup of all items you purchase. BCEAS staff is not available to help with moving, dismantling or loading items. Please bring help to load heavy items.
5. CHECKOUT AND PICKUP: Any items not picked up by the buyer will be considered forfeited and abandoned after 10 days post sale. Anyone entering the sale site is doing so at their own risk. The sellers nor Company/Staff assume any responsibility for your safety during the sale and removal period. Buyers are responsible for dismantling, packing and loading their purchases.
6. PAYMENT, FEES and TAXES: All items must be paid for in full prior to removing from sale site. We accept cash, PayPal, Cash App, Venmo, credit and debit cards (a 3% convenience fee will be charged for credit/debit card transactions). Sorry, no checks (no exceptions).
• Sales Tax: A 7% Sales Tax will be added to all sales.
• Tax ID: If you have a tax ID number, please provide that information to the cashier at checkout.

PLEASE READ ALL T&Cs, AUCTION AND ITEM DESCRIPTIONS FOR INFORMATION YOU WILL NEED TO BID.
We are pleased to present this on-line auction of personal property with some reserves.
On-Line Auction dates run from Saturday 8/5 with a staggard soft close beginning on Wednesday 8/16.
Pickup will be on location on Saturday 8/19 and Sunday 8/20 from 10am to 2pm each day.
This estate offers good quality furniture, housewares, home decor, Lenox dishes, beautiful glass including Waterford and Shannon, books, and some holiday items. All items are sold AS-IS with no warranties, expressed or implied. Some items will have reserves set and must be met to win that item.
Shipping is available for an additional fee on small items. Look for the shipping truck icon. Please allow up to 14 business days for items to ship.
Payment is due at pickup or prior to shipment. We accept cash, CashApp, Venmo and debit/credit cards (3% fee added), sorry no checks.
There is a 10% buyer's premium, and a 7% NC sales tax assessed on all items. If you are a tax-exempt entity, please contact auction company prior to bidding to fill out required paperwork.
All sales are final. No refunds.
