Methods of payment: Cash and credit cards are accepted (if you agree to pay the bank service fee of 3%).

We, and the homeowner, are not responsible for accidents, injury, or damage.

It is recommended that you bring your own tote bags, boxes, and packing paper.

All items are sold "as is" and there are NO returns. It is your responsibility to test an electrical item before purchasing.

*Preparing for a sale is labor intensive, it's not possible to answer individual questions ~ especially regarding prices.

ONE day only since we typically sell-out on the first day ~ we advise that you come when the door opens at 9AM for the best selection.

The door opens promptly at 9AM. Line-up numbers will be on the front porch at 8AM. Entry will be limited & controlled to 25 shoppers at a time.

(Clarification regarding line-up numbers: our sales are very well attended and attract a large crowd. Typically, an “early bird” will arrive very early and start a “sign up’” list that is located on the front porch. If you arrive before 8AM, please check to see if an early-bird has started a list. If you add your name you MUST be present at 8AM to receive your number. As a reminder, we don’t facilitate this list, we only honor it as long as you are present at 8AM when numbers are handed out.)
