Methods of payment: Cash and credit cards are accepted (if you agree to pay the bank service fee of 3%).
We, and the homeowner, are not responsible for accidents, injury, or damage.
It is recommended that you bring your own tote bags, boxes, and packing paper.
All items are sold "as is" and there are NO returns. It is your responsibility to test an electrical item before purchasing.
*Preparing for a sale is labor intensive, it's not possible to answer individual questions ~ especially regarding prices.

This lovely home actually looks like a show room with everything being in excellent condition (also a pet-free & smoke-free house)!
There will be furniture for every room of the house featuring manufacture names such as Marge Carson, Bob Timberlake, John Richard, Huntington House, Lorts, Maitland Smith, and T.S. Berry.
Home decor: large hand-knotted rugs, decorative mirrors including a matching pair of 6ft mirrors, many John Richard chandeliers & lamps, dried/feathered arrangements, framed artwork/oils, king size bed linens, accent pieces including tall candlesticks, bathroom marble-top vanity with copper sink, Fiestaware plates/bowls/cups, glassware, front-load washer/gas dryer, more to be added with final updates by Friday evening. .
The house features custom silk window treatments ~ all are lined and luxurious! Although most of the windows are oversized, you can take advantage of the offering and re-purpose this top of the line fabric!
All of the chandeliers, wall sconces, and ceiling fans are available for purchase and will be professionally removed by an electrician (at no additional cost & within a week).
(There will NOT be any garage items or clothing.)
Delivery is available for hire.
THERE WILL NOT LINE-UP NUMBERS ON SUNDAY. DOOR OPENS PROMPTLY AT 10AM! Entry controlled & limited to 25 at a time.
