Methods of payment: Cash and credit cards are accepted (if you agree to pay the bank service fee of 3%).
We, and the homeowner, are not responsible for accidents, injury, or damage.
It is recommended that you bring your own tote bags, boxes, and packing paper.
All items are sold "as is" and there are NO returns. It is your responsibility to test an electrical item before purchasing.
*Preparing for a sale is labor intensive, it's not possible to answer individual questions ~ especially regarding prices.

Partial list: In addition to two stunning dining tables (including a Made Goods “Noor”) and a gorgeous custom Harden sofa, the sale features Tommy Bahama king size white bedroom suite, king size gray-wood bedroom suite, pair of wood-tone Tommy Bahama end tables, various chairs & tables, set of white bamboo/rattan twin size beds, several TVs, 4 counter height barstools, lots of like-new linens & pillows, large rugs, lamps, Minton “Beaumaris” china, a huge collection of silver charms, and an abundance of very nice ladies clothing!

Lineup numbers will be on the front porch at 8AM and the door opens promptly at 9AM. Entry will be controlled and limited to 25 shoppers at a time.
