Please bring adequate help if you need assistance with loading heavy purchases.
Methods of payment: Cash and credit cards are accepted (if you agree to pay the bank service fee of 3%).
We, and the homeowner, are not responsible for accidents, injury, or damage.
It is recommended that you bring your own tote bags, boxes, and packing paper.
All items are sold "as is" and there are NO returns. It is your responsibility to test an electrical item before purchasing.
*Preparing for a sale is labor intensive, it's not possible to answer individual questions ~ especially regarding prices.

Save the date because we’re almost ready for another great sale at The Point!
Three full floors of stylish furniture and home decor for every room of the house plus kitchenware, framed artwork (southwest & golf themes), lots of golf collectible memorabilia including autographs, Art-Deco style room divider, antique coin-operated penny scale, ladies fine jewelry & accessories, decorative barware/stemware, Christmas decorations, outdoor TV, patio furniture, and much more since the house is packed full!
Additional details, descriptions, and photos will be posted every day this week with final posts by Fri evening.
***In fairness to everyone, there are no previews, no pre-sales, nor price quotes.
Line-up numbers will be on the front porch at 8AM Saturday & the door will open promptly at 9AM (no numbers on Sun).

Due to ongoing “issues” with the earlybird sign-up list, we will discourage its use. All we ask, is that you please line up prior to the numbers being handed out @ 8. We welcome everyone and apologize for any inconvenience. Lineup numbers will be handed out at 8am and the door will open promptly at 9am. Entry will be controlled and limited.
