Methods of payment: Cash and credit cards are accepted (if you agree to pay the bank service fee of 3%).

We, and the homeowner, are not responsible for accidents, injury, or damage.

It is recommended that you bring your own tote bags, boxes, and packing paper.

All items are sold "as is" and there are NO returns. It is your responsibility to test an electrical item before purchasing.

*Preparing for a sale is labor intensive, it's not possible to answer individual questions ~ especially regarding prices.

Please join us at this lovely home for a great selection of furniture (Frontgate, Ethan Allen, Drexel, Ashley) & decor for every room of the house (including beautiful custom window treatments). It's the perfect opportunity to spruce-up your house before the holidays!

Additional photos will be posted as soon as possible and last-minute updates will be completed by Friday evening.

***In fairness to everyone, there are no previews, no pre-sales, nor price quotes.

The door opens promptly at 9 AM on Sat Dec 6 so please just lineup at the front door. There will be NO entry numbers. If an early bird starts a sign-up list, we will honor it if your name is time stamped (take a pic) that morning (and not the day before)!
