A beautiful home on Lake Norman in The Harbour neighborhood of The Point in Mooresville. Loads of lake living items including floats, fishing gear, and more. In addition the home offers traditional and antique furniture, deck & porch furniture, household decor, fine china, fine crystal stemware, serveware, tableware, kitchenwares, fine art, loads of costume & fine jewelry, linens, electronics & TV's, area rugs, home office furniture, golf clubs, a lower "cave" containing loads of tools including power & hand, garden tools, a garage refrigerator, Holiday items & Decor, and so much more.
Name brands including: Thomasville, Sealy Recliner, Ethan Allen, Pennsylvania House, Bassett, Noritake, and so many more.
HOUSE IS ON A CUL-DE-SAC WITH VERY LIMITED CLOSE IN PARKING! Please park outside of the cul-de-sac along the right side of the street facing the residence. Absolutely no parking on the opposite side of the street. It is a long driveway that twists downwards towards the lake from the upper cul-de-sac. Please do not park in the residence driveway as that is reserved for those loading purchases and do not block neighbors driveways or any mailboxes. If you are interested in tools, the "cave" has a little over 6-foot ceiling clearance. If you are tall, you might have to stoop. There is a sidewalk, or stairs off the back deck, down to the "cave" and the lake items.
Please come prepared to load large purchases, all items must be removed during sale hours or by arrangement. We DO NOT have staff to help you load. We can provide local mover options for you.
Please note we do not sell items over the phone. We can be quite busy setting up for the sale, any phone calls or texts may not be immediately responded to. Messages sent via EstateSales.Net are not received by us in real time, so we strongly suggest not using that feature if you need a prompt response.
