Loads of lake living items including a 2003 Four Winns 180 Freedom 18-Foot fiberglass speedboat with an inboard motor, kayaks, floats, and more. In addition the home offers ham radio equipment, traditional & antique furniture, some outdoor furniture, household decor, fine china, fine crystal stemware, sterling silver serveware, other serveware, tableware, kitchenwares, fine art, linens, electronics, area rugs, books, luggage, albums, home office furniture, tools including power & hand, garden tools, Holiday & seasonal items, and so much more.

HOUSE IS ON A CURVE IN THE STREET, MAKING STREET PARKING CHALLENGING! Please park on the opposite side of the street from the residence as the grassy easement is wider and appears safer for parking. Absolutely no parking on the residence side of the street. Please do not park in the residence driveway as that is reserved for those loading purchases. Do not block neighbors driveways or any mailboxes.

Please come prepared to load large purchases, all items must be removed during sale hours or by arrangement. Some larger furniture items are located on the second floor. We DO NOT have staff to help you load. We can provide local mover options for you.

Please note we are pre-selling the speed boat and will be showing it during the week during setup hours. Please call us for an appointment to see it. All other items will be sold only during normal sale hours. We do not sell items over the phone, the speed boat excluded. We can be quite busy setting up for the sale, any phone calls or texts may not be immediately responded to. Messages sent via EstateSales.Net are not received by us in real time, so we strongly suggest not using that feature if you need a prompt response.
