We welcome you to the tag sale. A few suggestions:

Please bring adequate help if you need assistance with loading heavy purchases.

Cash is preferred. Credit cards are accepted (if you agree to pay the bank service fee) and the new policy of over $50. per transaction.

We, and the homeowner, are not responsible for accidents, injury, or damage.

It is recommended that you bring your own tote bags, boxes, and packing paper.

All items are sold "as is" and there are no returns.

***Preparing for a sale is more labor intensive than you are aware of so it's not possible to answer individual questions ~ especially regarding prices.

We will be starting off October with another "WOW!" tag sale at The Point in Mooresville.

This beautiful lakefront house has it all.......stylish furniture and home decor accessories plus great outdoor living pieces, two grandfather clocks, Olhausen slate pool table, tall billiard chairs, game table with 8 chairs, tons of china & glassware, GE front-load washer/gas dryer, 2 kayaks, large collection of P. Buckley Moss framed prints, several Remington sculptures, and there are so many rugs it appears to be a rug gallery showroom!
The fitness room has hand weights, dumbells, bench press, chin-up & dip bar, punching bag, and more...
Several sets of china & dishes...antique handpainted china, everyday dishes including pottery, various patterns & colors, and a set with service for 20 of a poker design (the homeowners were big entertainers so there are large sets to accommodate a big crowd)
Glassware: cut glass, pressed glass, pink Depression glass, Fostoria, Waterford, Goebel, Lenox, Royal Doulton
China: Noritake "Marywood" service for 12 plus serving pieces, Noritake "Windsor" service for 8 plus serving pieces, Noritake "Savannah" service for 12 plus serving pieces, antique Haviland service for 8 plus serving pieces, Christmas Pfaltzgraff service for 12 plus many extra pieces, and stemware in every shape & size

An update Monday evening.......thank you to everyone who took advantage of the "Buy It Now" opportunity this afternoon. The items that were pre-sold through this popular feature will be labeled sold on the photo page.

There will be no other items added to the App this week.

Entry numbers will be on the front porch at 8:00am Sat. morning and at noon on Sunday.....and everything will be half price!
