�� Plastic Card Payments – No card payments under $25.
�� All Items Sold "As Is / Where Is" – No refunds or exchanges. Please inspect your treasures carefully before purchasing.

�� No Public Restroom – All areas are being used for display and storage, and security cameras are in place.
�� Security – Security cameras are in use 24/7 starting 3 weeks before the sale. A security officer will be on-site during the sale week.
�� No Pricing Questions Before the Sale – We cannot answer questions about pricing or availability ahead of time except for large-ticket items.
�� Bring Your Own Help for Loading – We do not load cars. Make arrangements for large item pickup after the sale. Bring moving blankets for artwork.

Rare Find Estate Sales is excited to announce the Moving Sale for Picture Source-Somerset, a distinguished business that has been thriving for 51 years!
This unique sale offers the public a rare opportunity to purchase high-end and decorative artwork typically available only to businesses in the industry near wholesale prices. Many of these items are sold in stores for 2-3 times the sale price. Additionally, we are offering surplus framing equipment and machinery for artists and frame shops.

Time: 10 AM – 4 PM daily
Location: Picture Source-Somerset, Morganton, NC. 1915 Jamestown Rd Morganton, Rd. Exit 98 on Hwy 40.

Follow the Signs: We will have signs directing you where to go. Items for sale will be located towards the back of the factory. Last door on the left side of the building. Check out photos on social media and our website to see exactly where to enter.
