~This is a two day sale, most remaining items will be 50% off on Sunday.
~Sign up sheet for entrance will go out at the front door about an hour prior to start time.
~ We will not honor entrance list that are not our own, please make sure our logo is on any list that you sign in on.
~ You must be present when your name is called for entrance.
~Once there is no longer a wait to enter the home, all entrance will be free flowing.
~All items are to be removed the day of the sale, if you can not do this please see Amanda prior to purchasing.
~Please bring a helper for loading large pieces of furniture.
~We accept cash & credit cards with the proper I.D.
~Not responsible for on-site accidents.
~Please be respectful of all neighbors and do not park on their grass or in their driveway. Also please make sure you are not blocking the flow of traffic. Emergency vehicles MUST be able to get down the street.
~We do not offer pre-sales and prices will not be released till the start of the first day.

We are very excited about this Preston sale. If you like Early American, Country Cozy or just entertaining in general this is the sale for you. This condo is PACKED with tons of items from furniture to antiques, decorator items, entertaining items and so much more.

~This sale will be in a secure building so the line will start at the front door outside of the building.

~The sign up sheet will go out about a hour before the sale starts. Please know that we will have to limit the number of people in the condo at one time as space is limited. Please be patient, we will get you in as quickly as possible.

~ All parking will be on the street, please park on the same side of the street as the building so we do not block the road. If an emergency vehicle can not get thru the police will arrive and start towing.

~If you have limited ability to walk, a handicapped parking permit, or are picking up purchases you may park in any of the unmarked spaces in the lot or in space #1021.
