- We are expecting a large turnout, and ask that you respect the neighbors in this quiet community. Do NOT block driveways of this home or any of the neighbors home. We do not accept responsibility for accidents, damage or breakages on the property.
- Please be responsible and considerate - and more importantly, please be PATIENT! There's lots to see, so plan to take your time when you visit.
- Bring your own packaging supplies, like boxes and wrapping paper. Be prepared to load your own goods.
- Delivery is offered! Starting at $75 per load in the local community.
- We will be handing out numbers prior to the opening of the sale. Arrive early and get in line - we will monitor the number of people inside the estate and will grant premier access to the first customers to arrive! Again, be patient - there's enough for everyone in this estate.
